Motivation & Focus

Many of us have been taught that making others happy is more important than being happy ourselves. And while that is handy information to life by as a child growing up, it is not useful as an adult and therefore, many of us throw our own feelings and emotions under the bus in hopes of getting what we want from another person. We carry a lot of beliefs about ourselves including things like not being good enough, pretty enough, sexy enough, smart enough, and the list goes on.

So, how do we overcome these deep-seated beliefs? As these beliefs dwell in our unconscious, this is where the change must take place.

Hypnosis accesses the unconscious mind and uses the power of suggestion to facilitate positive change. These suggestions can be tailored to help improve confidence levels. Generally these suggestions will be positive and made in the present tense. For example the phrase “you feel confident in everything you do” would be used rather than “you no longer doubt yourself”. The theory behind this is that the unconscious can’t differentiate between “you have” and “you no longer have”.

Lydia works one-on-one with motivated individuals who are ready to begin empowering themselves and feel good about themselves regardless of where they are right now. All it takes is one simple step. So sign up for a free consultation to bring out the most confident and proudest version of you.
